• Balanced intellectual property frameworks respecting source communities

• Multilingual interfaces making collections globally accessible

• Ethical guidelines for digitizing sensitive cultural materials

Program 4: Capacity Building Network

• Regional digitization centers with specialized equipment

• Training programs for conservation professionals

• Technical assistance for developing digital preservation systems

Program 5: Preservation Prioritization Framework
